Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Work setting: Business and/or industry. Consulting firm. Tasks: Perform administrative tasks. Plan development projects. Develop venture capital sources. Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities. Provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals. Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers.
