Our elite team includes registered respiratory therapists, sleep technicians, and board-certified sleep physicians, working closely with private and public sleep labs to ensure precise diagnoses and treatments.
Your Role
We?re seeking an energetic, independent, and highly motivated individual to be a Full-Time Customer Service Specialist. If you?re passionate about communicating professionally and can deliver our message effectively to clients, we want you on board. You?ll play a pivotal role in customer service, online support, and shipping/receiving, including order packing while contributing to our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
? Engage our existing customer base and transition them to our online platform.
? Develop expertise in obstructive sleep apnea and treatment options.
? Communicate our company?s vision and values professionally.
? Maintain accurate sales activity reports.
? Assist in creating marketing strategies and materials.
? Collaborate with the care team to deliver consistent messaging.
? Process and pack orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
? Receive, inspect, and organize shipments in the warehouse.
? Be capable of lifting and moving packages up to 30 lbs.
? Support other departments as needed within the same scope.
? Take on additional tasks as directed by management.
What We?re Looking For:
? Fluency in English (French is a plus!).
? A college diploma or university degree with a marketing focus.
? At least 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience, ideally in a related industry.
? Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
? Exceptional customer service skills; adept at problem-solving and responding to customer inquiries.
? A self-starter who can work independently while being an enthusiastic team player.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
? Strong knowledge of obstructive sleep apnea and CPAP therapy is advantageous.
? A valid driver?s license.
? Flexibility to work weekends as needed.

Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule: 8-hour shift, weekends may be required
