Job details
The Customer Service Team is responsible for the processing of customer orders, as well internal and external communication regarding the fulfillment of orders, products, and deliveries. CSRs are primarily responsible for managing our Customer Service call queue, email boxes and other order and service channels; helping to resolve and address any requests or issues brought forth by customers.
Successful candidates will enjoy interacting with customers on the phone, be very detail oriented, and enjoy learning about a wide range of products serving the Medical Community.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Customer Service Role would be an asset
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work and learn in a both peer and self-led environments
* Highly proficient using a computer, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
* Exceptional attention to detail and quality of work
* Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
* Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
