Paragon Living recently opened two new residential buildings in Winnipeg: an 83-unit apartment on Portage Avenue and a 55-unit one in Osborne Village. In both developments, 10% of the units will be rented for $1,100 per month, which Paragon says is part of an effort to provide more affordable housing.
Real estate sales in the province gained momentum in October, increasing 19% year-over-year and 7% from the previous month. For the third consecutive month, sales across all three main property types were at or above 2023 levels and the five-year average.

Whiteland Real Estate has completed construction on two new industrial condominiums in the BrookPort Business Park in northwest Winnipeg. All 20 units in the buildings were sold before construction even began, a sign that industrial real estate is in high demand in the city.
