Phare des Îles, a building with eight units for people with autism or a disability, will be built in Îles-de-la-Madeleine. Valued at around $7M, the project is being funded with $4.65M from Quebec and Ottawa and should be completed by the fall of 2025.

Han-Logement, a non-profit charity, will construct 6 buildings with 48 affordable and specially adapted housing units for people with disabilities in Sainte-Anne-des-Monts. The $14.4M project is scheduled to be complete in the summer of 2026.
