*Job Overview* We are seeking an experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely towing vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient operations. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle recovery, mechanical systems, and safe driving practices. The successful applicant will demonstrate reliability, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. *Responsibilities* * Safely operate tow trucks to recover and transport vehicles from accident scenes, breakdowns, or impound lots * Assess vehicle conditions and determine the appropriate towing method * Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients professionally and courteously * Perform basic vehicle inspections and minor automotive repairs as needed * Maintain accurate documentation of all towing activities and vehicle details * Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during operations * Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with tow trucks and related equipment * Operate forklifts or other machinery when necessary for loading or unloading vehicles *Experience* * Proven experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a similar role within the automotive or transportation industry * Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and towing equipment * Customer service experience, demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills * Valid commercial driver?s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for towing operations * Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus * Background in automotive repair or related technical skills is desirable * Prior experience working with heavy machinery and understanding safety protocols in vehicle recovery operations Pay: From $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person- Location Flesherton, ON
