*Registered Social Worker (MSW) ? Children & Youth* Bright Futures Health ? Vaughan, ON Independent Contractor | Part-Time (with potential to grow to full-time) Hourly Rate: Starting at $97/hour Bright Futures Health is a growing, interdisciplinary clinic focused on supporting children, teens, and families through evidence-based, developmentally informed care. We are currently seeking a Registered Social Worker (MSW) who is passionate about working with young populations and values creative, client-centered approaches. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys integrating traditional psychotherapy with modalities such as play, music, and/or art-based interventions. *What You?ll Do* * Provide psychotherapy services to children and adolescents (and families where appropriate) * Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards * Incorporate developmentally appropriate and evidence-based approaches into care * Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team when appropriate *What We?re Looking For* * Master of Social Work (MSW) degree * Registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) * Experience working with children and teens is required * Training and/or experience in play therapy is required * Experience or strong interest in music therapy and/or art therapy is considered a strong asset * Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills * Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) *Why Join Bright Futures* * Competitive compensation starting at $97/hour * Flexible scheduling * Opportunity to build and grow your caseload over time * Supportive, collaborative environment * Access to a client population seeking child-focused, creative therapies *Additional Details* * Position type: Independent Contractor * Location: Vaughan, ON (in-person; potential hybrid flexibility) * Hours: Based on your availability, with opportunity to expand *How to Apply* Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience with children and any relevant therapeutic modalities.
