Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations. Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies. Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment. Utilize hand and power tools. Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Working at heights training. Occupational Health and Safety Certificate. First Aid Certificate. Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Fall Arrest Protection Training Course. Student status: Full time enrollment. Equipment and machinery experience: Hand tools. Specialization or experience: Green economy sector. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Public transportation is not available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Handling heavy loads.
