*Overview* We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hair services to our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Your creativity and expertise will help clients achieve their desired looks, enhancing their confidence and overall experience at our salon. *Responsibilities* * Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. * Maintain high standards of hygiene by sanitizing tools and workstations after each use. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products. * Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon revenue. * Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. * Foster a welcoming environment for clients by providing excellent customer service throughout their visit. * Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to continually improve skills and service offerings. *Experience* * Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred. * Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments. * Experience in retail sales is a plus, with the ability to effectively upsell products. * Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs. * A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and creating positive experiences for all clients. * Must speak English and French Join our team where your talent will shine, and your passion for hair styling can flourish!
