We are looking for a talented and creative hairstylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair design and providing exceptional customer service. As a hairstylist, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of hair services to clients, from cutting and coloring to styling, all while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Haircutting & Styling:* Perform haircuts, trims, blowouts, and styling for clients based on their preferences and hair type. * *Coloring Services:* Offer hair coloring services, including highlights, balayage, color corrections, and full color changes. * *Chemical Treatments:* Administer chemical treatments such as perms, straightening, and conditioning treatments. * *Consultations:* Provide one-on-one consultations to clients, offering advice on hair care, suitable styles, and products. * *Customer Service:* Greet clients, answer any questions they may have, and ensure a comfortable salon experience. * *Maintenance:* Keep workstations clean and organized, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use. * *Product Knowledge:* Recommend and sell hair care products to clients to enhance their at-home hair maintenance. * *Stay Current:* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in the hairstyling industry. * *Team Collaboration:* Work collaboratively with other hairstylists, salon staff, and management to ensure a positive environment and smooth operation of the salon. * *Appointment Scheduling:* Assist in managing client appointments, ensuring timely service and managing scheduling software. *Qualifications:* * Proven experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist, with a portfolio showcasing your work (optional). * Cosmetology license (required in most states/countries). * Knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work with diverse hair types and textures. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality. * A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. * You Speak French and English * You can work full time weekdays and on weekends Type d'emploi : Temps plein Rémunération : à partir de 16,00$ par heure Avantages : * Heures d?arrivée et de départ flexibles * Stationnement sur place Exigences linguistiques souples : * Anglais non requis Horaire : * Quart de jour * Quart de soir * Toutes les fins de semaine Expérience: * Coiffure: 1 an (Souhaité) Langue: * Français (Souhaité) Lieu: * Brossard, QC (Obligatoire) Lieu du poste : En présentiel
