AirPro SAR Services is currently looking for a Analyst (Data & Performance)to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.As a joint venture between Airbus Defence and Space and PAL Aerospace, we are unwavering in our commitment to the success of Canada's Fixed Wing Search and Rescue Aircraft Replacement (FWSAR) program. At AirPro, we manage all Integrated Support Services (ISS) activities?encompassing engineering, logistics, maintenance, IT systems, infrastructure, and material support?throughout the entire product lifecycle. Our dedicated team ensures that Canada's state-of-the-art search and rescue aircraft are always mission-ready, performing at their peak when it matters most.In this role, you'll be the Analyst (Data & Performance) as a member part of the Contract Management Office (CMO) and be involved in operational data analysis, responsible for performance data and continuing the development of FWSAR Operation dashboards including the evolution and maintenance of these dashboards.Key Responsibilities: Consolidate Operation dashboard encompassing contractual KPI and sub KPIs, while ensuring timely distribution and accuracy of raw dataAssist the Support system leads in developing and reporting sub KPI'sSupport the identification of areas of improvements and concerns in operational business areas and provide strategies to resolve themSupport the development and implementation of performance metrics to improve operational efficiencyDocument and define identified problems, and draft procedures to solve themResponsible for providing optimal business solutions to achieve FWSAR contractual targetsPropose new methods and technologies to improve operational dashboardsResponsible for developing business presentations for management and clientsDevelop, revise, and promote business policies and proceduresSupport the collection and analysis of master data related to integrated logistics activitiesSupport the use of verification protocols to ensure source data is consistent across various repositoriesParticipate in focus discussions related to Logistic Support Analysis and Performance Metric managementSupport program performance analysis activitiesAnalysis of the business at a micro level through the aggregation of larger data sets into digestible reportsMaintenance of business intelligence reports and post-report follow upPartner with business stakeholders to plan, design and create reports and presentations, business models and dashboards to meet their requirementsAssist with user acceptance testing for newly developed data cubes, reports and dashboardsAssist with training end users on newly developed reports and processesOther Duties as assignedRequired Education, Skills, and Qualifications:Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Statistics, or EngineeringProven experience in preparing reports (such as cost and schedule performance) from Project Management applications Experience with Power BI is considered a strong asset Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications and Microsoft ProjectExperience with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is considered an assetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAgile and adaptable in a dynamic environmentAdvanced analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skillsValid passport and the ability to travel internationally for training and meetings as requiredEligibility to obtain and maintain secret level security clearance requirementsWhat We Offer:Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.Defined Contribution Pension Plan.Employee Stock Purchase Plan.Personal travel privileges with PAL and interline agreements with other airlines.Employee Tuition Assistance Program.Employee and Family Assistance Program.A hybrid working model (50/50), allowing for a minimum of 50% of your time in the office and up to 50% working from home.Join Us on This Meaningful Journey!This is a rare chance to c- LocationOttawa, ON
