Senior Business Analyst Become a primary liaison between our client facing teams and our internal engineering & operations teams to lead the company's requirement definition & process documentation processes. Candidate must be located in New Brunswick. Focus Areas Defining & Documenting Requirements: Equip internal teams with the specifications required to build exactly what the customer is looking for. Be proficient at extracting, understanding, and articulating client requirements and relaying those requirements to internal teams to act upon; Accountability for all product/project requirements to ensure cross functional delivery of actionable business cases; Work with account managers to continuously improve our platform & products.
