We are now looking for a dynamic and creative Content Creator to join our team and bring our brand to life through engaging and informative content. *Job Summary:* The Real Estate Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging content across various digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create content that reflects the company?s values and attracts potential buyers, sellers, and investors. The ideal candidate should have a passion for real estate, a creative mindset, and the ability to translate complex real estate information into accessible and attractive content. *Key Responsibilities:* High-Quality Video Production for branding: Ø Objective: Produce 5-6 professionally edited videos each day that feature property tours, market insights, and agent profiles. These videos should consistently develop Square Yards brand values and messaging, helping teams create a lasting impression on potential clients. Ø Target: Meet daily production targets while maintaining Square Yards quality standards, ensuring each video enhances both the agent?s and company?s brand image. Social Media Optimization for Brand Engagement: Ø Objective: Adapt videos to various social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, TikTok, using best practices for each to increase reach and engagement. Optimize each video to showcase agent expertise, market insights, and featured properties in a way that resonates with the target audience. Ø Target: Achieve a minimum engagement rate across all platforms, ensuring that each video strengthens both agent and company branding. *Additional Requirements*: Ø Develop, write, and edit engaging content for blog posts, social media, website pages, and email newsletters related to real estate topics (market trends, property listings, investment tips, etc.) Ø Create visual content such as property tours, infographics, social media graphics, and videos. Ø Collaborate with real estate agents and marketing teams to gather information and produce content that supports sales goals. Ø Manage the company?s social media presence by posting regularly, interacting with followers, and growing engagement. Ø Stay updated on real estate market trends, laws, and industry best practices to ensure content relevance. Ø Optimize content for SEO to improve the company?s search engine rankings. Ø Analyze the performance of content through metrics like traffic, engagement, and conversions, and adjust strategies accordingly. Ø Conduct keyword research and create content strategies aligned with SEO goals. Ø Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content projects. Ø Attend property listings and open houses to capture and create compelling multimedia content (photos, videos, etc.) *Qualifications:* Ø Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably in the real estate or related industry. Ø Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio of relevant work. Ø Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, or other graphic design and video editing software. Ø Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and their respective best practices. Ø Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics. Ø Experience with photography and videography is a plus. Ø Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ø A creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
