*Job Summary* We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and interface design, with the ability to create engaging and user-friendly digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience and ensure that our designs align with business goals and user needs. *Responsibilities* * Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. * Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. * Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and project scope. * Utilize design thinking methodologies to create innovative solutions that enhance usability. * Implement motion graphics and interactive elements to improve user engagement. * Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate design effectiveness and gather feedback for improvements. * Maintain design consistency across all platforms by adhering to established style guides and best practices. * Utilize tools such as Jira for project management and collaboration within Agile teams. *Requirements* * Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma. * Experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap is a plus. * Familiarity with Telerik or Unreal Engine for interactive design is advantageous. * Strong understanding of usability principles and best practices in UX/UI design. * Ability to conduct effective user research and apply findings to design decisions. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments. * Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders. * A portfolio showcasing your design work, including examples of user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
