*Job Summary* We are seeking dedicated and skilled Legal Professionals (Lawyers & Experienced Paralegals) for exciting opportunities with our corporate clients in the Middle East. This role is ideal for individuals looking to advance their careers in a dynamic legal environment. Successful candidates will engage in a variety of legal matters, providing expert advice and representation while navigating the complexities of international law. *Duties* * Provide legal advice and support on a range of issues, including corporate law, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance. * Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. * Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development. * Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and other legal proceedings as required. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal concerns and develop solutions that align with business objectives. * Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients or the organization. *Qualifications* * Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution. * Admission to practice law in relevant jurisdictions; additional qualifications in Middle Eastern jurisdictions are a plus. * Strong understanding of international law, corporate governance, and compliance issues. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
