*Company:* UBILD Technologies Inc. *Location:* Toronto, Ontario *Position:* Full-Time Project Manager *Overview:* UBILD Technologies Inc. specializes in new builds and renovations, particularly large custom homes and detailed projects. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to manage 3-4 concurrent projects, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality results. *Key Responsibilities:* * Oversee and manage site operations, including supervising crews and subtrades. * Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards. * Make informed decisions to address challenges and maintain project momentum. * Utilize Buildertrend and other essential software for project management. * Maintain hands-on involvement and problem-solving on-site as needed. *Requirements:* * Minimum of 5 years of management experience in residential construction. * Proficiency with Buildertrend and basic project management software. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects. * Solid understanding of residential construction, with experience in large custom homes, complex code requirements, multiple dwelling units, and managing multiple projects at a time. * Commitment to long-term employment; candidates with a history of short-term positions will not be considered. * Relevant certifications in construction management are advantageous but not mandatory. *Benefits:* * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to work on innovative and impactful projects. * Supportive and dynamic work environment focused on quality and growth. *Application Process:* If you meet the above criteria and are looking for a long-term role in a dynamic construction company, please submit your resume and cover letter.
