You?ll play a key role in providing top-quality cleaning services that leave our clients? homes looking and feeling their best. *Key Responsibilities:* * Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms. * Dust and polish furniture, surfaces, and fixtures. * Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. * Remove trash and replace bin liners. * Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. * Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as carpet cleaning and window washing. * Follow specific client instructions to ensure their unique cleaning needs are met. * Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and used safely. * Report any damages or issues identified during cleaning to the supervisor. *Qualifications:* * \*\*\*Must have own car\*\*\*\* * Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is required. * Ability to work independently or with a partner and follow instructions. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. * Good physical stamina; ability to perform tasks that involve standing, lifting, and bending. * Trustworthy and reliable, with a positive attitude. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. *Benefits:* * Competitive pay with opportunities for bonuses. * Work your own hours with a flexible schedule. * Comprehensive training provided. * Supportive team environment. * Opportunities for career growth within the company.
