WorkSafeNB announced that the 2025 average contribution rate for employers will be $1.10. This is the sixth consecutive decline since 2019. The organization reports that this is the second-lowest rate in the country. This surplus enables WorkSafe to issue performance refund cheques, which amount to $180.6M for 2024, to eligible employers for the first time ever.
