Our expertise consists of design solutions for heating, ventilation and air conditioning. We work with clients in all market segments to provide them with comfortable and efficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. We are looking to hire a Refrigeration Journeyman to join our rapidly expanding heat pump division! *Duties:* * Install, troubleshoot and repair central and mini-split heat pump systems * Upload notes to customer management software * Communicate with office staff to effectively coordinate HVAC installation and service * Maintain a reliable schedule to ensure jobs are completed on time \\ *Qualifications and Skills* * Red Seal Refrigeration Certificate required * Heat pump installation experience is an asset but not required * Basic hand tools (specialty tools will be provided) * Ambitious and self-starting * Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities * Meticulous attention to detail * Friendly and able to provide a positive customer experience * Punctual and keen to learn * Team player *What sets us apart:* - Focus on work life balance ? you?ll never get a call after hours! - Supportive management ? we know you?re a person first! - Flexible schedule ? sometimes people need time to do things that can only happen during working hours.
