We provide a comprehensive package designed to meet the diverse needs and life stages of our employees.?? </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What You Will Be Doing? </strong></p><p>We are looking for someone who can lead our efforts in two principal activities: mobilization of private capital primarily through insurance companies (risk sharing), and mobilization of private capital through third-party co-investors. </p><ul><li><strong>Lead and Innovate:?</strong>Lead the design and implementation of risk sharing mechanisms, including unfunded credit protection products, and insurance solutions. Lead the development of mobilization products and strategy to support key sectors such as infrastructure, agribusiness and financial intermediaries. </li></ul><ul><li><strong>Excellence in Underwriting:</strong>?Structure and negotiating risk-sharing agreements to enhance the risk-return profile of transactions. Lead syndication and co-financing efforts, including pricing analysis, investor presentations, and deal documentation.
