*Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.* *Primary Purpose:* Be the operational and sales captain of the clinic location ? lead team performance, ensure smooth patient flow, deliver a premium patient experience, hit financial targets, and own the complete order fulfilment cycle. The Sales Lead is the single point of accountability for everything that happens at their location on any given day. 'Captain' is not a title ? it is a standard of awareness. At any moment in the day, the OEL should be able to answer two questions without having to check: how is the clinic running, and how are the sales going. *Strategic Fit:* Executes 20/20 Eye Care's premium hybrid strategy with location-specific execution, culture building, and team development. The Sales Lead translates the practice's vision into daily reality by coaching each role, monitoring performance, and continuously raising the standard. *Operationally ? the OEL knows everything going in and out of the clinic:* * Every patient checking in and checking out ? where they are in the flow, and whether the flow is on time. * How the doctor is doing ? running ahead, on time, or behind ? and what that means for the patients waiting. * Which patients are expected, who has arrived, who is late, and where the day sits against the schedule. * What is running high and what is running low ? staffing pressure, room availability, equipment, inventory, supplies. * The environment itself ? music, ambiance, temperature, lighting, cleanliness ? the felt experience of being in the room. *On sales ? the OEL knows who is doing what, and where to step in:* * Who is with which patient on the optical floor, and how each consultation is going. * Who is struggling, who needs help closing, and who needs the OEL to step in directly. * How the day's numbers are tracking in real time ? so a change can be made right now, not discovered at end of day. * Whether the clinic is actually delivering the premium experience the patient was promised ? at both the operational and the sales touchpoints. *Job responsibilities will also include the following...* 1.
