Care Group of Pharmacies is looking for a Bilingual Pharmacy Assistant to join our dedicated team at Pharmacie Limoges Guardian Pharmacy! Your expertise and pharmacy knowledge will determine compensation, and your performance will open doors to career advancement within our organization. *What You?ll Do:* * Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism * Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with care and efficiency * Process prescription refills and enter new prescriptions with accuracy * Manage incoming faxes and maintain organized records * Follow Standard Operating Procedures, pharmacist direction, and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements *What You Bring:* * Bilingual ? *fluent in both French and English* * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate language barriers while demonstrating genuine care * A positive attitude and willingness to learn *Work Environment & Conditions:* * Manual dexterity required * Ability to lift up to 20 lbs * A mix of sitting, standing, bending, and walking * Repetitive tasks with occasional weekend and overtime shifts *Why Join Us?* At Care Group of Pharmacies, we believe in fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
