Your clinical background can be broad ? hospital, community, long-term care, or mixed. What matters most is your depth of Ontario nursing experience and your professional standing.<br></p> <p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></p> <ul><li>MINIMUM 12 years of RN practice ? total career years, all settings count<br></li><li>Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing ? RN diploma or BScN</li><li>CNO registered, in good standing ? no pending hearings or conditions</li><li>Broad knowledge of Ontario health legislation from years of Ontario practice: PHIPA, RHPA,<br>HCCA, Ontario Hospitals Act</li><li>No CNO disciplinary history</li><li>Current BLS / BCLS / CPR certification ?
