Our goal to promote improved developmental outcomes for children through consultation, coaching, information sharing, support and services designed to meet the individual needs of the child and family. Services emphasize the enhancement of skills and ability through planned interactions to promote child development and family capacity and are delivered in the child's home and community-based programs.We also facilitate Early Learning and Child Care program and Early Childhood Educator capacity building through coaching within child care and Pre-primary programs with use of The Pyramid Model for Supporting Social Emotional Competence in Infants and Young Children.As an employer we offer a supportive environment where staff are encouraged to follow their passion within our field. Our teams are comprised of compassionate trained professionals who enjoy serving their communities.Duties include:In home coaching with families and community consultations to establish and implement family led meaningful goals and strategiesSupporting capacity building in families and educators by providing participatory experiences and opportunities that strengthen knowledge and skills and promote a positive sense of competence and confidenceConnect families with community partners/resources and support navigation within service systemsMaintaining positive relationships and continual communication with families and their support teams to facilitate joint programmingTracking of child and family progress and goals through timely and accurate documentation of all caseload observations and data within our internal database system and support filesOther related duties as requiredQualifications & Skills:A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Development or related fieldExperience working with children from birth to school age with developmental disabilities and their families is essentialStrong planning, organizational and time management abilities are requiredExcellent communication (oral & written) Strong interpersonal skillsAdaptable and dependableValid driver's license and access to own reliable vehicle is required dailyPlease apply using our Applicant Tracking System though the link provided via this website with a Resume & Cover LetterOur goal is to be a diverse workforce that is representative of the families we serve.
