<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Protrans Personnel Services is hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a leading Transportation Company in Montreal (Quebec)<br><br><i><b><strong>What's In it for you?</strong></b></i><br /><b><strong>Monday to Friday</strong></b><br /><b><strong>Timings: 8am to 5pm.</strong></b><br /><b><strong>Location: Dorval (Near Montreal Airport)</strong></b><br><br><b><strong>Pay Rate: $21/hr (Being paid every Friday in bank account)</strong></b><br><br><b><strong>Must be bilingual (French & English). Must have your own vehicle for travel.</strong></b></p><p><b><strong>Must have experience working in transport or logistic company.</strong></b><br><br><i><b><strong>Qualifications:</strong></b></i></p><ul><li>Education Required: Minimum High School diploma.</li><li>Years of Experience Required: <1 year.</li><li>Must have experience using AS400 software system.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.</li><li>The ability to work effectively and efficiently with both internal and external customers.</li><li>Knowledge of telephone systems.</li><li>Post-secondary education and call center experience in a fast-paced environment, along with knowledge of the transportation industry are definite assets.</li><li>Must have atleast1 years of experience in Transport Company.</li></ul><p><i><b><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></b></i><br />-Entering loads in the system, booking pickup and delivery appointments.<br />-Communicating with customers and people from Operations.<br /> </p><p><b><strong>How To Apply: </strong></b>Apply easily apply through this ad today.</p><p>We appreciate your interest!
