<p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Salary: $64,000 - $75,000 / year</strong></p><p><strong>Reference Number: DS12222025</strong></p><p></p><p>We are currently seeking a candidate who is qualified for the role of <strong>Mechanical/Materials Engineering</strong>. Liburdi Dimetrics Corporation offers competitive wages. The hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.</p><p>This position requires domestic and international travel, based on project needs, up to 50% of the time.</p><p><strong><em>Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):</em></strong></p><ul><li>Ensure welding fabrications are in compliance with standard welding engineering practices and applicable ASME, CSA, API and ISO codes and customer specifications</li><li>Responsible for tooling and fixture design work</li><li>Prepare fabrication drawings and weld maps</li><li>Perform research and development on new welding processes and techniques</li><li>Provide technical expertise and welding solutions for various applications</li><li>Collaborate with Customer, vendors and project team to ensure implementation of code compliance of welding procedures and practices</li><li>Oversee progress to ensure execution is performed according to the welding qualification plan and code compliance</li><li>Assisting with various projects as requested</li></ul><p><strong><em>Key Skill Requirements:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams</li></ul><p><strong><em>Key Experience/Education:</em></strong></p><ul><li>University Degree in mechanical engineering or metallurgical engineering is required</li><li>Experience with CAD required</li></ul><p><strong><em>Application Information:</em></strong></p><p>This role is full-time.
