Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Business administration and management, general. Tasks: Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs. Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations . Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales. Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs. Manage training and development strategies. Oversee the preparation of reports. Hire, train and supervise staff. Recruit and hire staff. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.- LocationDelta, BC
