Bespoke Contracting is one of Halton's top renovation companies. We are a multi-award wining contractor and provide residential clients throughout Burlington, Oakville and Hamilton with top quality craftsmanship for all of their renovation needs. We are currently seeking a Home Renovation / Renovator Specialist who can perform a wide variety of tasks on our renovation projects: * Demolition * Framing * Installing insulation and vapour barrier * Drywall installation and finishing * Trim, door and baseboard installation Responsibilities: * Execute renovation projects from start to finish * Perform hands on duties as required from set-up, demolition, framing, insulation, drywall, carpentry and overall finishing * Communicate daily check-ins and goals with Project Manager * Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations * Maintain a clean, professional working environment Requirements * Minimum of 3 years work experience in a renovation environment * Attention to detail * Exceptional customer service * Ensure worksite is clean and compliant as per safety rules, regulations and company policies * Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organization, planning and prioritization * Have your own transportation, tools and safety equipment * Honest and ethical with high performance standards * Good knowledge and understanding of the Ontario Building Code and construction related trades * College or technical training is an asset; Building Construction, or Building and Renovation programs * Ability to effectively communicate with other trades/vendors, clients, and co-workers Our clients expect the best from our professional team, so if you are energetic, have a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail and take pride in a job well done, please apply today!
