*Overview:* Wicehtowak Frontec Services is seeking a *Journeyperson HVAC Technician* to join our team in *Leroy, SK*. The Journeyperson HVAC Technician is responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance, inspections, modifications, installation and dismantling of systems. Work may also include projects within the trade to install, maintain, repair and overhaul central air conditioning systems, commercial and industrial refrigeration systems and combined heating, ventilation and cooling systems. The position operates on a rotational schedule. The hourly wage for this role is $42.33 CAD. The Jansen Discovery Lodge is a workforce housing facility in support of the potash mine. The camp is located 155 kilometers east of Saskatoon, SK. Our positions work on a 14 day on, 14 days off rotation. Accommodations and meals during your work rotations are provided by the company. *Responsibilities:* * Completes timely inspections, testing and accurate reporting of equipment defects/deficiencies. * Performs scheduled maintenance service on HVAC and Refrigeration systems and fixtures * Provides input into the planned and scheduled work and assist with the completion of the committed schedule * Assists with the scoping, estimating, planning and execution of new work or projects * Ensures all requirements as specified by the manufacturer of systems and fixtures are met * Ensures all installations, repairs and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes * Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet environmental protection requirements * Other duties as assigned. *Qualifications:* * Journeyman Certified HVAC Refrigeration Mechanic (Red Seal) * Class B ticket * Current certificates in Fall Arrest, Confined Space, and Elevated Work Platform * Class 5 license and clean drivers abstract is required * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent ability to read drawings and schematics * Ability to build and work in a team environment is crucial along with a strong commitment to personal and team safety * Willing and able to travel * Highly experienced with customer/client/user management in a 24/7 operation with a strong customer focus * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Effectively solve problems *Compensation:* Base wage: $42.33/hr + overtime We would like to thank everyone for their application; however, only those being considered for an interview will be contacted.
