As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for all clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers will be essential in promoting our services and products. *Duties* * Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. * Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health regulations. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their preferences, and offering professional advice on hair care. * Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. * Assist with front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. * Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations. * Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all supplies are stocked. *Requirements* * Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by provincial regulations. * Proven experience in hair styling, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively. * Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction. * Experience in retail sales is a plus, however not a requirement, particularly in upselling products related to hair care. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. * A positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for the beauty industry are essential for success in this role.
