JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking passionate and dedicated Children's Physical Fitness Coaches to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sport education and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging environment for children aged 3-14 years old. Our goal is to powerfully boost children's physical abilities, motor skills, and overall health and well-being within a lively and engaging learning environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITY *Training Session Delivery* * Lead engaging training sessions with warm-ups, workouts, and cool-downs, ensuring proper technique to prevent injuries. * Tailor intensity and teaching methods to match each child?s abilities, promoting safety, progress, and confidence. *Program Development* ? Design customized physical fitness programs for children of different age groups and skill levels. ? Incorporate a variety of activities such as games, sports, obstacle courses, and strength. *Child Assessment and Progress Tracking* ? Regularly evalucate children's physical fitness levels, including strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and endurance. ? Use assessment data to modify and personalize training programs as needed. *Parent and Guardian Communication* ? Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, answering their questions and concerns. ? Provide advice on how to support children's physical activity and healthy lifestyle at home. *Safety and Injury Prevention* ? Ensure the training environment is safe and free from hazards. ? Be prepared to handle minor injuries and administer first aid if necessary. *Team Collaboration* ? Collaborate with other coaches, staff, and professionals within the organization, to provide a holistic approach to children's well-being. ? Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance coaching skills and stay updated on the latest trends and research in children's physical fitness. *QUALIFICATION and SKILLS* ? A Bachelor Degree or equivalent is REQUIRED. ? Degree in physical education, kinesiology, sports science, or a related field is strongly preferred. ? Previous experience working with children in a coaching or teaching capacity, preferably in a physical fitness or sports setting. ? Certification and experience in any sports/education field or background are strongly preferred ? Basic First Aid is REQUIRED. ? Good communication skills, especially in interacting with children and adults in a friendly and respectful way. ? Good knowledge of exercise and its benefits for children. Familiarity with different age groups and their developmental characteristics and abilities. ? Creativity and the ability to design engaging and fun fitness activities. ? Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with children and promoting their physical health. ? Good organizational and time management skills to plan and manage training sessions and administrative tasks. *LANGUAGE* * Fluent in English is essential. * Bilingual speakers in both Mandarin and English are STRONGLY preferred. *SALARY and BENEFITS (COMPETITIVE)* ?
