I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll. <br> <br>I'm looking for an Accounting Clerk for my client, a wellness company. This is a permanent hybrid position on Ile des sœurs.</p><p>Main responsibilities: <br> <br>Ensure that invoices are matched with the respective delivery note or purchase order and enter them into the accounting application. <br>For certain suppliers, mainly in spa, restaurant and massage therapy; record, manage and pay invoices <br>Review, reconcile and follow up with suppliers <br>Account for spa traffic and other operational data <br>Make bank deposits, prepare and account for tips <br>Verify cash register and credit card reconciliations</p><p>What we're looking for: <br> <br>Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) or Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in accounting or equivalent work experience <br>2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role <br>Excellent command of Microsoft Excel <br>Knowledge of QuickBooks (asset) <br>Initiative, organizational skills and autonomy <br>Extreme attention to detail and discretion <br>Ability to communicate and work as part of a team <br> <br>PROCEDURE: Initial interview with Fiona Moulin, recruitment consultant. <br>To apply: www.fedfinance.ca <br>To contact me: (438) 525 0279</p>- LocationVerdun, QC
