*Overview* Innovative Heating and Cooling has been providing top-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services since 2009. The ideal candidate will have a journeyman ticket in plumbing, gas fitting, refrigeration or sheet metal with an attention to detail. We would also consider 3rd or 4th years with experience as a service technician. *Duties* * Maintain, and repair HVAC systems including boilers, air conditioning units, and heating systems. * Troubleshoot system failures and recommend effective solutions. * Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems. * Install and replace HVAC components as needed. * Ensure compliance with all safety and industry regulations. * Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and customer interactions. * Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on system maintenance and efficiency. *Qualifications* * Gas ticket (preferred) * Air Conditioning & Refrigeration License (preferred) * Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record. * Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical documents. * Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to HVAC installations. * Proficient in plumbing techniques relevant to HVAC systems. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
