We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the vape industry. This role focuses on driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the vape market and exceptional communication skills to engage with vape shop owners and other key clients to effectively promote our products.

*Responsibilities*
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, client visits, and market research.
* Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with clients to establish long-term partnerships.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer experience.
* Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to management.
*Qualifications & Skills*
* Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales strategies, and B2B sales processes.
* Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
* Previous experience in the vape industry is preferred.
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients at all levels.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make informed business decisions.
* A personal vehicle is required for client visits and travel.
*Salary:* $20 CAD dollar per hour plus bonus /commission.
