We are looking for an electrician to take a crucial roll and help install and run our residential service and solar projects. *For the right candidate we are offering very competitive salary and retention bonus!* Panel Upgrade Experts specialize in residential electrical panels and solar panel installations. *Main duties would be.* * Upgrading electrical panels and services. * Installing solar and over seeing of solar installers. * Liaising with clients on residential installations. * Overseeing safety of the solar installation crew. * Ensuring deadlines are met *Requirements of this positions.* * Red-Seal Journeyperson electrician. * Eagar and willing to both learn and teach. * Strong work ethic and ale to work in a fast passed environment. * The ability to work with or without supervision. * Very detailed orientated * Able to follow instruction, and perform jobs as requested * Physically fit and able to lift 50lbs multiple times a day. * Comfortable working at height on various pitches of roof (with appropriate safety gear). * Willing to work outside in varying weather conditions. * A valid class 5 license with a clean driving record. * Personable and professional with good communication and leadership skills. * Willingness to adhere to safety rules and systems of work. * Previous roofing experience would be a strong asset *Assets but not required.* * Solar training / pervious experience * Service van experience * Fall protection training/certification * Experience working at heights / on roofs *Why Come Join Panel Upgrade Experts?* * Competitive wages * Small company with close friendly working * Company vehicle supplied with position *If you are looking for a company that cares about you please forward your resume with cover letter outlining your residential experience, pictures of past work, and what makes you stand out above the average electrician. *We look forward to hearing from you.
