*Job Description*
We are seeking a highly motivated & organized individual, with outstanding customer service skills, to join out team. You will be responsible for all incoming maintenance requests, acquiring owner approvals, assigning contractors and work orders as needed, following up to ensure completion and ensuring quality of completed tasks.
Posting and maintaining listings for available units, preparation of lease documents and responding to inquiries when needed. Social media postings and maintenance.
You will assist executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information relating to short-term rentals on VRBO & Airbnb platforms. Organizing and maintaining cleaning schedules and ensuring supplies are stocked.
*Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:*
* Preparing Lease & Contract Documents
* Advertising and Managing Advertisements
* Visiting Properties for inspections and to ensure quality or work
* Ensuring short term rentals are ready for check in and that supplies are stocked
* Dealing with short-term rental inquiries
* Tenant / Client Relations
* Managing Maintenance & Related Invoicing
* Short-Term Rental Support
* Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
* Responding to e-mails and redirect them when necessary
* Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms
*Qualifications*
* Proven work experience in a fast paced working environment
* Proficient in Facebook and other social media platforms
* Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
* Ability to problem solve and work independently
* Integrity and professionalism
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
* Experience with QuickBooks and bookkeeping
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 ? 45 per week
