*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. *Responsibilities* * Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. * Utilize hand tools and power tools as needed for maintenance and cleaning purposes. * Conduct heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes. * Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages to management. * Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. * Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service. * Follow safety protocols while using cleaning agents and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries. * Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as required. *Experience* * Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. * Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. * Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals. * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
