*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers while showcasing our products and services. *Duties* * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. * Process transactions accurately through cashiering, handling cash, credit, and debit payments. * Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products and services that meet customer needs. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest. * Maintain an organized sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring cleanliness. * Manage time effectively to balance customer service with operational tasks. * Provide support over the phone with excellent phone etiquette, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of service. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately. * A genuine interest in helping customers find the right products that suit their needs. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
