In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively position our products and services.
*Duties*
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in designated territories.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
* Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and identify potential areas for growth.
* Present and demonstrate products to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
* Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Manson Floorings offerings and close sales.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote company offerings and expand your professional network.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in outside sales or technology sales is preferred.
* Strong understanding of account management principles and customer service best practices.
* Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in another language is a nice-to-have skill.
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* A passion for technology sales or technical products is highly desirable.

* 100% commission-based pay with unlimited earning potential.
