We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our wonderful team! The ideal candidate would also be able to offer support with dental reception as well. Certain days will be dedicated to dental assisting, and others will be dedicated to reception support. This leads to a well-balanced, productive work week. Our office offers a friendly, team oriented work environment. Training and support will be provided to ensure a seamless transition. *Job Description * * Chairside assisting for general dentistry procedures * Providing operational support under the guidance of office manager for dental reception tasks * Setting up and preparing equipment and instrument trays for use * Sterilizing instruments according to IPAC regulations *Requirements* * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service * A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment * Minimum Level 1 Dental Assistant Diploma is required with HARP certification * Previous experience in dental reception is preferred but not required We look forward to hearing from you! Dr. Miliotis and team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 ? 35 per week Benefits: * Dental care * On-site parking Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Dental Assisting: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Certified Dental Assistant diploma (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-01-10- LocationScarborough, ON
