<strong>PL Télécom</strong> is looking for a Security System Installation Technician to join its team. In addition to the usual telecommunications services, we offer a personalized security solution to Quebec residences.<br><br>We are looking for technicians based in Sydney.<br><br><strong>Here is what we offer:</strong><br><br>-Fully paid training;<br><br>-A flexible schedule;<br><br>-Our group insurance;<br><br>-Free access to telemedicine;<br><br>-A truck, tools, cell phone, laptop provided, clothing and PPE;<br><br>-Commissions for all services that you refer to the TELUS sales department;<br><br>-Premiums and bonuses;<br><br>-Salary between $40,000 and $70,000.<br><br><strong>Job description:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Carry out the installation of alarm systems and home automation products (access control, surveillance cameras, motion detectors, door contacts, etc.);</li></ul><ul><li>Train the customer on their new installations (arming/disarming, operation of motion detectors, what to do in an alarm situation, etc.);</li><li>Explain the work that will be carried out to clients;</li><li>Evaluate, diagnose and report defects that require repairs;</li><li>Ensure compliance with standards and specifications;</li><li>Write and transmit work reports and monitoring forms to the team;</li><li>Know and understand new products and services;</li><li>Other related tasks.</li></ul> <br> <ul><li>Hold a diploma in alarm system installation and repair or equivalent experience.</li><li>Valid driving license</li><li>Have experience in customer service;</li><li>Be able to work days, evenings and weekends</li><li>Good driving record</li></ul>- LocationSydney, NS
