*Overview*
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation , cooking wild games and seafood . As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional dining experiences while leading and supervising kitchen staff. Your creativity and leadership will help maintain high standards of food quality , fine cuisine and service in our establishment.
*Duties*
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation.
* Create innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
* Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
* Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during meal periods.
* Assist in the development of recipes and cooking techniques to enhance menu offerings.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health standards.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in food preparation within the food service or hospitality industry.
* Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
* Experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and lead kitchen staff effectively.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food handling and safety practices.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Passion for culinary arts with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new trends.
* Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and other departments.
* Skills in cooking seafood and wild games are a must!

Pay: $26.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
