Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Provide problem-solving services to network users. Implement data, software and hardware security procedures. Perform routine network start up and close down and maintain control records. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Respond to requests for help and information from Website visitors and Website designers. Prepare manufacturing drawings, specifications and guidelines for production and construct prototype of design. Troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade web server hardware and software. Load printer with paper and forms. Evaluate the performance and reliability of system designs. Coordinate access and use of computer networks.
