*Brief Job Description*
? Perform and supervise the cleaning and inspection of guest rooms, public areas and back of house. Ensure compliance with proper brand standards for guest room cleanliness and product placement
? Issue staff cleaning assignments including special requests, areas of concentration and deep cleaning
? Ensure maintenance problems are promptly reported to maintenance through proper channels
? Respond to guest requests, concerns and problems to ensure guest satisfaction
? Plan, implement and communicate departmental procedures and policies
*Qualifications/Requirements*
? Minimum 3 years related experience in Hotel Housekeeping Department (Management or Supervisor experience preferred)
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
? Must be able to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude within a very busy environment
? Proficient in use of computers, with knowledge of MS Office, Windows and Opera an asset
? Must be available for all shifts including weekends, and statutory holidays
? Must possess high motivational skills with the ability to lead with little supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
