Overview:High Tide Inc., a leading cannabis retailer and accessory company, seeks a passionate and detail-oriented Retail - Health & Safety Advisor for our Calgary office. This is a new role to support our growing organization! You will be responsible for providing safety leadership, collaboration, support, and coordination throughout our company. This position will report to the Vice President. Responsibilities:Lead the implementation of Health and Safety Management initiatives and processes to build an organization-wide safety culture. Lead in the development of company Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems, perform training need analysis, and recommend the changes to the business. Oversee the documentation of incident files to ensure compliance with regulatory, internal and WCB and safety inspector audits. Support incident- LocationCalgary, AB
