Position Summary: The HR Generalist plays a vital role in managing key human resource functions within AKHS. You will lead recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and professional development initiatives while ensuring alignment with the Piikani Nation Personnel Policy, relevant laws, and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the AKHS Employee Handbook to support orientation and policy guidance. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Resolve employee relations issues and act as a mediator to ensure positive outcomes.
