*Position Overview:* We are seeking a versatile Carpenter who is comfortable handling a variety of tasks and working both indoors and outdoors. The ideal candidate should be prepared to assist with framing, exterior, drywall, finishing, and various other carpentry-related duties as required. If you are someone who enjoys broadening your skill set rather than focusing on a single specialty, we?d be pleased to consider you for our team. *Key Responsibilities:* * Perform general carpentry tasks, including framing, exterior, siding, drywall installation, and trim work. * Install and repair structural components such as floor joists, rafters, and support beams. * Construct and install cabinetry, shelving, countertops, and other custom carpentry elements. * Operate common construction tools (saws, drills, nail guns) safely and efficiently. * Measure, cut, and shape various materials with accuracy. * Work comfortably at varying weather conditions. * Adhere to established safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. * Collaborate effectively with other team members and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion. *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in carpentry, preferably with exposure to a range of construction tasks. * Ability to read blueprints and project plans. * Strong understanding of safety protocols. * Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors, including exterior work. * Good physical condition. *What We Offer:* * Full-time employment with consistent work hours. * A supportive, team-oriented work environment.
