*Job Posting: Maintenance Coordinator*
*Golden Arrow Group of Companies*, a leader in school bus and motor coach transportation, is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance of our fleet, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and communicate effectively with the Maintenance Manager and senior leadership.
*Key Responsibilities*:
? Coordinate and schedule routine vehicle maintenance, including 30-day inspections and 6-month CVIPs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
? Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to prioritize maintenance tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of all services.
? Communicate and collaborate with shop leads and mechanics in Alberta and British Columbia to ensure that maintenance requirements are met efficiently.
? Report regularly to the Maintenance Manager and senior leadership on the status of maintenance activities, vehicle performance, and any emerging issues.
? Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and certifications.
? Assist with other duties as assigned by the maintenance manager to support the maintenance department and overall company operations.
*Qualifications*:
? Experience in maintenance coordination, particularly within the transportation or fleet management industry.
? Strong communication skills, with the ability to report to and collaborate with the Maintenance Manager and senior management.
? Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including vehicle inspections and CVIPs in Alberta and BC.
? Proficient in using maintenance tracking systems and keeping detailed records.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with a team across different locations.
