Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
* Serve as the primary liaison for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across various industries.
* Provide clear and professional communication to address client inquiries, challenges, and business needs.
Outbound Sales and Communication:
* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to identify business needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Leverage industry best practices for client outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building.
* Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and retention efforts.
Account Development:
* Identify opportunities to enhance client operations and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Drive client account growth through trust-building, strategic planning, and delivering measurable results.
* Collaborate with clients to develop tailored business strategies and actionable plans.
Operational Coordination:
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
* Monitor and maintain client accounts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Support clients in navigating cross-border business challenges and implementing compliance strategies.
*Qualifications*:
? Bachelor?s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (required).
? Minimum 3 years? experience in account management, outbound calls, or a related role.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to foster long-term client relationships.
? Experience working remotely and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
? Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and virtual collaboration platforms.
? Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
? Knowledge of business development, compliance management, or cross-border operations is an asset.
