You have the ability to think conceptually ("out-of-the-box") and exercise good business judgment and problem solving skills.Specific Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesManage, analyze, and direct USD dollar payments flow for main trading Nostro by utilizing various applications such as Intraday Liquidity Tool (IDL) and Liquidity Control Manager (LCM).Investigate exceptional Nostro account balances under TD SecuritiesManage the Daily Funding Requirement platform and the Internal funding relationship setups with various Funding desksAssist manager to approve and release daily transactions ? Provide guidance to Junior Analysts when issue ariseManage change and deal with ambiguity effectively in a rapidly changing environmentIdentify, understand and manage risk appropriatelyAccountabilities to the Customer:Process transactions accurately and on timeEscalate processing issues where necessary to ensure a high level of service is maintainedServe clients as required- adhere to Service Level Agreements and internal service delivery standardsIdentify opportunities to improve service delivery, support process improvement initiativesAccountabilities to the Shareholder:Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivityFollow firm and industry regulations and operating practices in completing and recording transactions for either the firm or clientsEscalate non-standard or high risk transactions or other activities as appropriateEnsure documentation prepared/ completed is accurate and properly reflects client/ business intentions and is consistent with relevant rules/ regulationsComplete investigations- report/ escalate risk issues identified or process gapsAssist in analysis, development, testing and implementation of operating and process improvementsAccountabilities to the Team:Participate fully as a member of the team, promote team effectiveness and contribute to a positive work environmentSupport the team by continuously developing knowledge in own areaParticipate in performance management and development activitiesKeep others informed and up-to-date about the status/ progress of projects and all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activitiesCapability Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIntellectual curiosity, passion for innovation and simplificationDesign, creativity and problem solving skillsAptitude for building- LocationToronto, ON
